Our story begins in 1982 when our Patriarch, Ron Hoffman began commercial fishing with his adoptive family in Bristol Bay, Alaska. After a couple of years fishing for this family, he decided to invest in his own permit. At the young age of 15, Ron was operating his own set net site. Year after year, Ron began to grow his operation into what is now Westside Wild Salmon. As one of the largest private fishing operations in Bristol Bay, Westside Wild Salmon is one of the largest private fishing producers in the world, with an annual harvest of nearly half a million pounds. Along the way, Ron married his incredible wife, Crystal and they had three children, Jaclyn, Morgan, and Calvin (Me).

I now have the privilege of leading the company alongside my father. It is a family adventure that even my wife and children get to be apart of now. After 40 years in the fishing industry, we have decided to expand our operation into sales. With local roots in the Dallas and Northwest Arkansas markets, we are able to bring fresh, clean, nutrient-rich Alaskan salmon straight to your door. We aim to bring you the highest quality salmon you can get your hands on.
